Dear Company Representative,

I am writing to explore the possibility of completing a training program with your organization.

I am a student from Ukraine. I have got my bachelor degree in Hospitality this year (June 2007).

Hospitality is the field that I really like and want to make a career in. I like, understand and I’m committed to the idea of excellent guest service. I enjoy working with people and will always do my best to make guests feel comfortable and very welcome.

I participated in the Work and Travel program in 2006. I spent a wonderful summer in the USA, getting experience in such positions as: primary assistant, bus person, food server, housekeeper. I took part in many guest service trainings. I have good communication skills, an ability to adapt well to new situations and work as an effective team member.
I believe that I could be a valuable addition to your team.

In the future, I want to work in a big International chain hotel in my country, and make a contribution to the development of tourism and hospitality industry in Ukraine.
A training program in the USA would help me get a valuable international experience in hospitality, improve my working skills, and grow professionally and personally.

The dates I can start the program are flexible.
The best for me would be to start in September.
